myAPPetite Touch Takeaway Menu Edits Guide

-To edit items on your Touch Takeaway app Firstly ensure you have your Touch Office Web login detail, if you do not have this information, it can be supplied to you upon request to the myAPPetite Support Team.

-Login to your Touch Office web account via touchoffice.net and click on the products section

NOTE: when you change any settings make sure to click save before changing to another product to apply changes.

-from here you will be able to see your products, to edit web shop options by clicking on the PLU Number

-inside the PLU number are the PLU Details Programming, for web shop and app settings we need to go to web shop options

-From here we have a multitude of options but the main one needed in day-to-day operation is the ‘show on web shop’ flag. This flag must be ticked for the product to be visible on the web shop and app

-The product contains alcohol flag is as it says describes to the customer on a banner if the item contains alcohol when purchasing items in the web shop or app

-other options available are adding options to items using the web list link, options choices can be created in the programming section in the list PLUs tab

-products added to web shop must be assigned a web category or they will not be visible on the web shop and app

-Categories can be edited by pressing the edit button adjacent to the web categories choice box, inside the edit web categories section you may reorder your categories to tailor what order they will display in the app.

-for more detailed settings on the categories created you can click the pencil icon which will bring up the name, timeslots when visible, description, image and disable stock flag.

timeslots when visible can be used to tailor when a category is visible, for example a fish and chips shop provides lunch service then the kitchen closes and then reopens or the evening, this can be configured using the timeslots.

-The image of the category can be changed to suit the aesthetics of the application and web shop however the image resolution is limited to 960 x 640 Pixels and 1000mb size.
