To access the Manager Functions Menu from the Home Screen, click on ‘Support’ and sign in with your secret sign on number..

Ensure that your clerk has manager permissions. Failing to have manager permissions will give the error: ‘Mode Operation Inhibited’ or ‘Manager Mode Not Allowed’. If you are having problems with assigning clerk permissions, see our Clerk Guide.

Receipt On/Off
This allows the manager to turn on/off receipt printing.

To confirm if receipt printing is on or off, there will be a receipt printer symbol in the bottom right corner as shown in the screenshot below.

Inline Functions

Inline Functions are useful for organising, maintenance / updates and linking tills together.

Check & Table Busy Reset

If a check or table appears to be lost, and comes up with a busy error message, this function will reset the busy flag for that check/table.

This can be performed on any machine in the system. The check/table busy reset should be used with caution, resetting a check/table which is open by another operator, can result checks/tables going missing or being incorrect.

Clerk Busy reset

Like Check & Table Busy Reset, you can sign off any clerks that are busy in sales, however caution must be made when using this feature as it will remove all sales in the reg window for the clerks active.

 Send Stock Counter

Sends stock data from the master terminal to all other tills linked on the same VLAN number, meaning you can share updated stock data from your master till to any other tills linked for easy stock updates.

Clerk Check/Table Transfer

Transfers checks and tables owned by one clerk to another clerk.
