Voucher System Breakdown

Currently your voucher system is set up inside the 'Deposits & Vouchers' section of your sales mode, this button has been placed on all of your food keyboard levels.
Your vouchers have been separated into £10, £25, £50 & £100. However, this can be changed upon request.
Processing a sale for a Voucher is exactly the same as selling any other item through your EPOS, however it'll print a different style of receipt with a bar-code and a code for voucher redemption. Here's an example of the format:

On the right of this image is the standard voucher printed through your EPOS, this can be handed to the customer for future use.
The receipt on the left side of this image is the 'Check Voucher Balance' Receipt. This report is generated upon pressing the 'Check Voucher Balance' Key on the keyboard, and entering the customers voucher redemption code. This then shows the status of the existing voucher on the EPOS including the amount spent to date, remaining voucher balance, date of expiry etc. If you'd like to print a copy of this for the customer, you can do so by pressing the 'Print' Key at the bottom right of the report window.
How to Redeem a Voucher
Redeeming a voucher through your EPOS is easy, I've placed a Blue 'Redeem Voucher' key on all of your keyboard levels. Once you've added the customers items to the sale, you can press this key and it'll prompt you with a text box to enter the redemption code. Upon entering this code it will finalise the sale and deduct the correct value from the customers gift card (If the value on the gift card is larger than the total price of the sale) otherwise it will deduct the amount of the customers gift card from the total price of the sale and prompt for the rest of the payment.
How to view existing vouchers

You can view all existing vouchers on TouchOffice Web. These are stored in Programming > Vouchers.

If you press the voucher code on Programming > Vouchers it will bring you to the voucher editing screen. Inside this you can edit: expiry dates, maximum uses, which sites the gift cards are redeemable at and a variety of other options. You can also delete and temporarily deactivate vouchers here too.
On this page, there is also a 'Print Voucher' Button. This allows you to print full size gift vouchers with custom designs, so you'd be able to apply your company logo etc to these. At present these aren't enabled as they require an additional key on ICRTouch, however if you'd like these configuring let me know and I can arrange this for you.
