How to add a discount keys to ICRTouch

There's a few different steps you will need to follow to add a discount key to your ICRTouch interface, please follow the steps below.

First you will need to create the transaction key required to apply the discount to your sales. To do this you will need to navigate to: 

Home Mode > Programming > Enter Clerk no. 2552 > Programming > All Prog > Function Keys > Transaction Keys. 

Scroll down and find an empty space in this list and press enter to start configuring the key. Once on this screen you name your discount (This will show on the customers receipt). After naming your discount, you will need to choose the type of discount you would like to apply and change the 'Key Type' to either -% or -AMOUNT. 

Once you've chosen your type of discount, you will need to set up the amount. This can either be set on an open amount that allows you to key in the amount yourself or via a pre-set amount. To enable an open amount, set 'Allow Preset Override' to YES. 

If you would like this to be a set amount, then enter the required figure into the 'Minus %/Amount' field below the key type. Once this is complete, you will need to set 'Discount all Products?' to YES. Press the X in the bottom right once you're finished.

Now that you have set up your Transaction key needed for the discount, you will need to add this to your keyboard. Please follow these steps:

Home Mode > Programming > Enter Clerk no. 2552 > Keyboard

Find a free space on your keyboard, select it and in the small config window on the right side of the screen press 'NO FUNC' and select 'Transaction Key' then scroll down and find the key you created previously. Once this has been added to your keyboard, you will need to duplicate this to the rest of your keyboard levels. Select the space you added the Discount key to, then press copy on the small config window on the right. Use the arrows to go up and down your menu levels and paste this wherever you would like.
