Using multiple price levels in ICRTouch

To begin, go to 'Home Mode' and press the programming option from the menu.

Then choose the first option labelled 'Prices'

Then choose the 'PLU Price' option, this will allow you to edit the prices for the chosen item.

Inside this menu, you'll have your price levels. In this case, there's 2 separate price levels. One for Members pricing and another for Standard Venue pricing.

To enable switching between these prices on the keyboard, you will need to create 2 status keys. The method to do this is:

Home Mode > Programming > Enter 2552 > (3) All Prog > (4) Function Keys > (3) Status Keys > Find an open space > Set the name of your pricing in the descriptor > Key Type 69 - Price Level Change > Change Price Level to the level that you would like this to switch to (Rather than 'Prompt for price level')

After creating these status keys, you will need to add them to the keyboard to be used during a sale. You can do this by following these steps: Home Mode > Programming > Enter 2552 > (4) Keyboard > Choose an open space and press on it > Choose where it says 'No Func' > (4) Status Key > Choose the Status Key that you created. Once complete, you will now be able to change the Price Level directly from Sales Mode.
