Editing the tax rate of existing products:
Home Mode > Programming > PLU > Range PLU > Scroll down to 'Tax Rate' > Assign your chosen Tax Rate from the list > Choose which PLU Numbers you'd like to apply this to > Select 'Range Program OK?' > Press Enter
Once in the Range PLU menu, be very careful with what options you select as those changes will be applied to every PLU between the chosen range.
If the tax rate you require isn't in the list, you can create this by going to:
Home Mode > Programming > All Prog > System Programming > Tax Table > Choose an empty space > Set the name of the tax rate in the descriptor field > Assign a Tax Rate in the 'Rate %' field > Set Add In (VAT), if no, Add On? to YES.
